Selina Payandeh, Entrepreneur & owner Drakstadens Trafikskola From Afghanistan, where women rely heavily on men, to Sundsvall, Selina Payandeh has turned her dream into reality. Starting her own driving school isn’t just about business—it’s about freedom and helping others. Today, Selina may be the first Afghan woman to own and run a driving school in Sweden. At Great Minds, she’ll share her inspiring journey and her passion for enabling others to gain independence, while reflecting on Sundsvall as a place to live and grow.
Hind Toufga, Business Development Specialist Dashy Studios Hind’s journey began in Libya, where games became her escape from a controlled world, teaching her English and opening doors she never imagined. Her interest for games then took her to companies like Peak Games in Turkey, before she moved to Sundsvall. For over 12 years, she has been the only woman with a game industry background as a production assistant in Sundsvall and she is now an ambassador and leader for Women in Games Sweden. At Great Minds, she’ll share how games shaped her life, to thriving in the Swedish tech industry.
Mustafa Nourallah, Senior Lecturer Fintech Research Mid Sweden University Mustafa Nourallah came to Sweden as a refugee from Syria and has since earned his PhD, building an impressive network of international collaborations. Beyond his academic success, Mustafa is a dedicated volunteer, supporting vulnerable groups in the community. With his global perspective and passion for helping others, Mustafa will share his interesting insights on his latest research.

Lisa has moved back to Sundsvall after 20 years in Stockholm, Berlin, and Örebro, bringing with her a wealth of experience from global companies in sustainability and communication. Now, she’s on a mission to enhance the region's appeal to international talent – and equally important, to ensure that they choose to stay and to thrive here.
