Right by the lake in the village, which is also called Munkbysjön, is our nature campsite, here are five winterized cottages and several caravan / motorhome pitches.
There is no service house, so it is really nature camping with outhouse and evening dip in the lake.
The cabins are equipped with sofa bed, bunk bed, toilet & shower, kitchen with equipment for 4 people, washing machine in one of them. The cottages are 25 square meters and winterized.
Down by the beach there is both a wood-fired hot tub and sauna for rent, also a log cabin with a fireplace to sit and cozy up in for the smaller party, as well as a small porch with a roof facing the lake. If you feel like rowing out on the lake, there is a rowing boat to borrow. Down here by the water you can really relax & enjoy.
It is here at the campsite that we celebrate the arrival of spring on Walpurgis Night with a bonfire, we erect the village's large Advent tree on the 1st Advent with a mulled wine mingle.
