Nektar
- Thursday 12 March
- 18.00 - 23.00
- Kyrkogatan 6, 852 31 Sundsvall, Sweden
On Thursday, March 12, it fell on Pipeline. Gothenburg's own indie heroes Nektar takes over the stage with the same power that has allowed clubs to boil and festival audiences to lose their voice. This is not a game you want to miss – expect singing, euphoria and an island that will make the whole room lift!
Necks
With the debut album Magnolia and singles like Sitt Ner and Love You, Nektar has established itself as one of Sweden’s most acclaimed and talked about bands. They have quickly become an obvious part of the Swedish indierock scene and built up a fan base with a dedication and loyalty you rarely see today. Since its inception in early 2024, the Gothenburg band has sold out gigs all over the country, named the Breakthrough of the Year by Gaffa and received the love of Fredrik Strage - both in Newsmorgon and in his podcast "Home Hos Strage". In 2025, a sold-out spring tour was followed by a festival summer where the band, among other things, ended this year’s edition of Stay Out West with a headline slot at Pustervik. In parallel with gigs, Nektar has been in the studio to record new material where the first taste sample was released on the same weekend as Way Out West in the form of the single "Faller". Faller is the starting point for the next chapter in Nektar’s journey. A song that paves the way for a fall and spring that is expected to carry the same success and impact as the debut - if not more.
