After a series of sold-out concerts both in Sweden and abroad, it’s time for A Tribute to Dire Straits to get on the road. In October 2026, an autumn tour with impacts on selected scenes in northern and central Sweden awaits, ready to be filled with timeless guitar loops, musical precision and the obvious heat that has become the band’s signature.
Mark Knopfler and Dire Strait’s treasure is simply timeless, and it’s a joy every time we meet the audience with it. We are incredibly grateful for the faithful audience that follows us and who, like us, don’t seem to get enough,” says Totte Rajamäki, the band’s singer.
The evening offers two generous sets of á about 60 minutes, where the band interprets the best of Mark Knopfler’s and Dire Strait’s iconic repertoire. The audience can expect classics like “Sultans of Swing”, “Brothers in Arms”, “Walk of Life”, “Romeo and Juliet”, “Tunnel of Love” and “Money for Nothing”, mixed with other well-known favourite songs.
This is more than a tribute. It’s a whole evening where feeling, craftsmanship and joy of play can take place and where the audience gets to experience the music as it should sound: close, genuine and with full energy.
