Yoga på Klingstagården
- Thursday 21 May
- 18.30 - 20.00
- Prästhusvägen 17, 853 58 Sundsvall, Sweden
Welcome to yoga with the opportunity to release stress and tension, to provide space for recovery and relaxation.
Kundalini yoga is a yoga form that combines body movements, breathing techniques, mantras and meditation to release and balance the body’s energy. It is sometimes called “the yoga of consciousness” because it aims to increase both physical vitality and inner clarity.
The Gong helps you release tension in depth, quiet thoughts and reach deep recovery. The vibrating sounds of the gong create a meditative state where the body gets rest and the mind lands.
This is especially for those who long to:
• Release stress and tension
Find recovery and internal balance
• Strengthen the nervous system and body
• Strengthen contact with body and heart
You don’t have to be a dough or have a yoga habit, Kundalini yoga is available to everyone.
On Thursdays we meet at the cosy Klingstagården. Let these moments become a gift to yourself – an opportunity to land in yourself, listen inwards and make contact with your inner voice.
Take your own yoga mat, blanket and pillow.
Wear comfortable clothes as you move freely in and take some warm sweater and socks to take on at rest.
