In 2026 it's finally time for the beloved musical concert Från Broadway till Duvemåla to once again embark on a tour of Sweden. This season will be even more special as the production celebrates its 10th anniversary!
What began in 2016 as a passionate tribute to the magic of musical theatre has grown into one of Sweden's most appreciated and long-running touring concerts. Over the years audiences have been treated to a journey through musical history – from the iconic classics of Broadway to the Swedish musical treasures such as Kristina från Duvemåla.
Over the past ten years some of Sweden's most prominent musical artists have taken part in the production. This time a new star-studded ensemble will take the stage, consisting of John Martin Bengtsson (The Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, Wicked, Kristina från Duvemåla among others), Petter Snive (Les Misérables, Kinky Boots, We Will Rock You, Kristina från Duvemåla among others), Emma Stallvik (Grease, Fame among others), Jessica Marberger (Joyride, Next to Normal, West Side Story, Mamma Mia! The Party among others) and Viktoria Tocca (Kristina från Duvemåla, The Phantom of the Opera, Evita, Broarna i Madison County among others).
As this year's performance is a 10th anniversary the audience will of course be treated to songs that have been especially loved over the years. At the same time the latest from the musical world will also be showcased, with new and current songs from modern and newly written productions.
That Från Broadway till Duvemåla is celebrating 10 years is more than a milestone – it is proof of the musical's ability to move, unite and inspire. The anniversary year will be celebrated with extra heart, glitter and musical magic – a tribute to both the performing arts and the audience who have followed the journey since the beginning!
