Måndagsjazz- Thursday Night Orchestra
- Monday 27 April
- 19.30 - 21.30
- Esplanaden 14, 852 32 Sundsvall, Sweden
We close the spring season with a really cool show where TNO offers both the classic big-band tradition (with songs by Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra and Michael Bublé) and more modern songs (including Chaka Kahn and Rufus, Jaco Pastorius, Lisa Nilsson, Prince and Deep Purple).
Some of the band's own songs have also found a place in the repertoire.
All performed in a somewhat smaller big-band format, with many original arrangements, and with energy and power.
Line-up:
Madeleine Rösth and Tommy Rehn - vocals
Jan Magnefors, Mats Bäck, Hans Molander and Jonas Carlsson - saxophones
Per Svelander, Lars Johansson, Mats Sjöbom - trumpet
Annika Svelander, trombone/vocals
Fredrik Törngren - guitar/vocals
Patrik Källström - keyboard
Mats Ejesjö - bass
Patrik Norman - drums
Hans Wreber - orchestra leader/arrangements
