Henrik Nyblom – Kluven: En humorföreställning
- Thursday 19 November
- 20.00 - 21.10
- Köpmangatan 20, Sundsvall
Henrik Nyblom came to town with a dream.
With his instruments, he was ready to in Stockholm – Sweden's cultural Klondike – hack out the gold he knew was there waiting for him. Finding gold can take time, but eventually, Henrik managed to plug his Loop machine straight into a gold vein and a new city opened up to him. The assignments multiplied, the apartment grew larger and nicer, and just when Henrik finally got to taste the success he had fought for - he left.
The little gold he had saved was enough for a crow's castle in Östergötland, and that’s where he now lives. And it feels… good? Right? Or?
“Divided” is what Henrik Nyblom has been for the past twenty years. Was it right to move to the city? Was it right to move from the city? Is Ödeshög the place he has come to stay? The transition from a pair of blood-stopping Converse to Crocs is of course comfortable, but inside, even a pair of Foppatofflor can chafe.
Join Henrik Nyblom as he, with the help of piano and big gestures, does his best to both understand himself – and make himself understood. Why choose to move out to the countryside when you don’t have a driver's license? How “off the grid” are you really when you have AI baked into almost every moment of your everyday life? Is the boundless love for the cat Åke reciprocated? And wasn’t it quite nice in the city after all?
In 2026, Henrik seeks answers together with the audience's help. Do you feel divided? Perfect!
• Length: 75 min
• Age limit: 13 years in the presence of a guardian
