Vårruset – a fun-filled event with friends, June 1
Vårruset is one of the year’s biggest running events in Sundsvall, a fun run exclusively for women. The focus here is on community and a supportive atmosphere, whether you’re running, jogging, or walking.
You can choose between 2.5 or 5 kilometers and participate either individually or as part of a team. For many, it’s as much a social experience as it is a race, not least thanks to the picnic that awaits after crossing the finish line.
When the clock strikes 10:00 p.m., Sundsvall’s stone city transforms into a vibrant running arena. The Night Mile is a unique night race where the city’s streets fill with music, spectators, and runners who set out together into the summer night.
You can choose between a 5K or 10K timed race or run a fun run at your own pace. The start and finish at Stora Torget create a central and energetic setting, and after crossing the finish line, an after-run party awaits, making the evening a complete experience.
