Feel welcome! Chinese and Cantonese cuisines are food cultures with ancestry. Many cooking techniques and raw materials remain the same as the Tang Dynasty. Several hundred years before Christ, people could enjoy the flavor combinations that still build our menu: steaming rice and noodles, crispy vegetables, musty spice mixtures to chicken, meat and fish. Chinese food was served for the first time in 1944. The place was Berns in Stockholm. The Swedish guests appreciated the facilities – the Chinese food was here to stay. In the late 1960s we were in the kitchen at one of the first kinare restaurants in Stockholm. After a few years in the capital, the transfer lasse went north. Since 1978, the family company Ming Palace has been at Esplanaden in Sundsvall. Our basic idea was, and still is, to offer guests a timeless taste experience. Good food at human prices and a meeting place where many people feel at home. We are incredibly happy for all health care providers and visitors who for over 40 years have appreciated our menu.
