Take the bus
If you want to take the bus to the arena, there are two options. You can take a city bus, via Din Tur, or direct buses that run between the city center and the arena. Please note that city buses and direct buses have different ticket systems.

City buses
Take bus number 5 towards Gångviken from the Stenstan stop, stop location C on Sjögatan. Approximately a 10-minute walk from Sundsvall Central Station. Get off at the Gärde stop, which is located at Gärdehov Arena. You pay for your trip in the Din Tur app or on the bus.

Direct buses between the city and Gärdehov Arena
In addition to regular bus service via Din Tur, there will be buses running directly between Sundsvall city center and Gärdehov Arena. Buses to the arena depart from the Stenstan stop, stop location O. The bus shelter is located down towards Selångersån, where long-distance buses usually depart. Buses from the arena to the city depart outside the arena.

A single bus ticket costs SEK 30 per person. You can buy your tickets via Swish at the bus departure point. At bus stop O in the city center, there will be a tent selling tickets. If you know you want to take the bus from the arena back to the city center after the performance, it is a good idea to buy two tickets at once. That way, you won't have to queue to buy a ticket at the arena.

For those traveling by car
Gärdehov Arena is located at Johannedalsvägen 121, 856 34 Sundsvall. There are parking spaces directly adjacent to the arena. Parking costs SEK 40 and you pay on site via Swish. Parking attendants are on site and will direct you to an available parking space.

There are a limited number of disabled parking spaces next to the arena entrance. You need a valid permit to park there.

There is a bus stop directly adjacent to the entrance plaza of Gärdehov Arena. You can get on and off taxis and special transport services there.

There is a restaurant in the arena, Gärdehov Restaurang & Catering. Please book a table in advance if you want to eat there by calling 060-12 39 38. To get to the restaurant, turn right when you enter the arena. Take the stairs or elevator to the restaurant one floor up. The restaurant serves alcohol.

There will also be a kiosk in the partner village where the Melodifestivalen sponsors are located. Here you can buy snacks and drinks.

You are welcome to bring snacks with you. However, it is not permitted to bring drinks or food into the arena.

There is no cloakroom during Saturday's matinee performance. If you attend Friday's dress rehearsal or the televised performance on Saturday evening, you will need to leave your outer clothing in the cloakroom if you are seated in the stalls. This is due to the television broadcast. Cloakroom service costs SEK 40.

You may bring one bag measuring no more than 20x30x10 cm. All bags will be checked at the entrance.

There will be no meet and greet with artists at the arena. Depending on the artists' schedules, meet and greets may be arranged at other locations in connection with Melodifestivalen in Sundsvall. The date, time, and location will be listed in the event calendar.
