Åstöns naturreservat

Here you can experience the forces of the sea waves against the cliffs, see spring-flowering plants at the chapel, browse for birds and make fire on a set fireplace. This beautiful natural area was previously a shooting field. Today it is a well-visited outdoor area with hiking trails, rest areas and sandy beaches. From E4 you take off against Söråker and head out to Tynderö. After Bäräng you will continue over the bridge on the Åstön itself. Follow the road to it ending in Skeppshamn.
