Sidsjön is only a few kilometers from the centre of Sundsvall and is easily accessible.
There are ski tracks and around the lake there is an illuminated light track. Fishing is provided free of charge in the municipality. The aim is primarily to attract young people to become more interested in sports fishing and to find a meaningful leisure that provides excitement, recreation, knowledge of nature and the environment and community.
The service is well-developed with a large number of caste bridges, one of which is tiill accessible as well as wind protection and barbecues. A walking road goes all around the lake. Sundsvalls sports fishing club conducts annual arrangements to lift sports fishing. Activities also occur at sports holidays and outdoor days.
