Åsa Martinsson and Torbjörn Farm are holding a workshop in Swedish folk dance.
In this workshop, participants will encounter the rich traditions of Swedish folk dance. They will have the chance to try schottis, polska, and other traditional dances from various parts of Sweden, while gaining insight into how dance has historically served as an important social gathering place.
The workshop is accompanied by live folk music, where participants will experience some of the most characteristic instruments and expressions of Swedish folk music.
